Job Description

  • Install, configure, and program building management systems to control and monitor various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on BMS and mechanical equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot BMS and mechanical system problems, diagnose the root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients and provide technical support to ensure their satisfaction with the building’s performance
  • Maintain detailed records of all BMS and mechanical system activities, including maintenance logs and repair histories
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in building automation and mechanical systems

Job Description

  • Assist Electrical Engineers in preparing technical documentation, reports, work schedules, method statements, and project submissions.
  • Support the preparation and compilation of project documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection reports, testing and commissioning reports, and handover documents.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical installations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and report abnormalities or defects.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, project documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments regarding project progress and technical matters.
  • Monitor project schedules and follow up on documentation submissions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, company policies, project specifications, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineer or immediate Supervisor.

  • Collect and deliver linen, equipment, and supplies to hospital wards and departments.
  • Ensure timely transportation of items according to established schedules.
  • Arrange and organize clean linen and supplies in designated storage areas.
  • Conduct quality checks on items before delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of trolleys, storage areas, and workstations.
  • Support stock counts, inventory checks, and operational improvement activities.
  • Complete required records and documentation accurately.
  • Build good working relationships with hospital staff and provide prompt support.
  • Comply with all health, safety, infection control, and hospital regulations.

Job Description 

  • Monitor the operational status of the Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm System (FAS), CCTV, access control, lift monitoring, and other facility monitoring platforms.
  • Respond promptly to system alarms, faults, and emergency notifications and initiate the appropriate response in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely rectification of reported defects and system faults.
  • Receive, record, and assign maintenance requests through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or helpdesk.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance work until completion.
  • Conduct routine inspections of FCC equipment and communication systems. Perform routine inspections and functional checks of FCC equipment, communication systems, workstations, and monitoring software.
  • Prepare daily operational logs, incident reports, and shift handover reports.
  • Escalate critical alarms, equipment failures, and emergency incidents to the Engineer, Supervisor, or Management in accordance with the escalation matrix.
  • Support emergency response procedures including fire alarms, power failures, flooding, and equipment breakdowns. ,lift entrapment, medical gas system alarms, utility failures, and other building emergencies.
  • Coordinate communication between users, engineering teams, security personnel, contractors, and external authorities during emergency situations.
  • Ensure all FCC operations comply with company SOPs, safety regulations & requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of operational records.
  • Assist Engineers with administrative duties, reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Engineer.

  • Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including café services and events.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recruit and manage part-time staff for events and supervise event execution.
  • Plan event layouts based on guest attendance (pax) and monitor service quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Manage beverage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and order outsourced food items.
  • Prepare event costing, monitor café sales, and track food wastage.
  • Develop and monitor departmental budgets and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports, including KPIs and performance analysis.
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Coordinate with the Security team to ensure a safe parking environment.
  • Monitor parking occupancy and prepare basic reports when required.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support colleagues and perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
