Job Description

• Manage vehicle traffic and parking during normal operations, peak hours, and special events.
• Guide and assist customers with parking and general enquiries.
• Monitor the parking area to ensure safety, security, and compliance with parking regulations.
• Report hazards, suspicious activities, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the Security team to ensure a safe parking environment.
• Monitor parking occupancy and prepare basic reports when required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support colleagues and perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum PMR/SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
