TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES (TSS)

The scope of Technical Support Services comprises of operational of helpdesk, development, and maintenance of Centralize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and asset management program. The operation of helpdesk involve interaction with customers professionally, courteous, and helpful all the time when carrying out their respective duties to manage customer requests for information, maintenance request, minor work request and incident report.
Asset management manages all aspects of assets operation, consists of asset registration, maintenance information system, asset transfer, asset life cycle budgeting, replacement, and decommissioning. All the data is recorded in the CMMS for facility services to use day to day operational activities.
