Responsibilities:
1. Organize, monitor, and perform the operation and management of asset maintenance:
– Testing and commissioning:Oversee and coordinate the testing and commissioning process for new assets to ensure their proper functionality before deployment.
– Warranty management: Track and manage asset warranties, ensuring timely repairs or replacements within the warranty period.
– Scheduled maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for assets, ensuring regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
– Unscheduled maintenance: Address unexpected breakdowns or malfunctions promptly, coordinating repairs and minimizing downtime.
– Asset decommissioning:Plan and execute the decommissioning of assets, adhering to relevant regulations and ensuring proper disposal or recycling.
– Asset disposal: Manage the disposal process of assets, including proper documentation and adherence to environmental guidelines.
– Advisory services: Provide expert advice on asset maintenance and management, assisting stakeholders in making informed decisions.
– User training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are knowledgeable about asset operation and maintenance.
– Vendor management: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality andcost-effective maintenance services.

2. Execute and manage deduction formula and penalty:
– Deduction formula management: Develop and implement deduction formulas to calculate penalties for service non-compliance, ensuring they align with company’s targets.
– Penalty management: Monitor service compliance and apply penalties as per the deduction formula, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and in accordance with company policies.
– KPI monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPls) related to service compliance and deduction penalties, analyzing trends and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in asset maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or facility management setting.
– Strong knowledge of asset maintenance practices, testing procedures, and warranty management.
