Job Description

  • Assist the Asset Engineer in daily asset management activities.
  • Support in developing and maintaining the asset life cycle schedule.
  • Participate in asset audits, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update asset registers and related documentation.
  • Assist in analysing asset performance data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with client to track asset movements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Job Description

  • Carry out civil maintenance activities – Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Routine Inspection, User Requests and Additional Work – according to company SOPs and Concession Agreement.
  • Provide technical input related in related to civil scope such as; architectural element, road & drainage system, roof & structure, landscape, water & sewerage system & pest control.
  • Monitor and carry out ground maintenance and pest control activities as per scheduled plans.
  • Assist the Civil Engineer in data collection, site supervision, and reimbursable/variation work orders.
  • Provide technical feedback and monitor maintenance works requiring vendor expertise
  • Make sure plant rooms, workshops, and maintenance tools are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) requirements as outlined in the Concession Agreement.
  • Support sustainability programmers such as Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Energy Management.

Job Description

  • Install, configure, and program building management systems to control and monitor various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on BMS and mechanical equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot BMS and mechanical system problems, diagnose the root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients and provide technical support to ensure their satisfaction with the building’s performance
  • Maintain detailed records of all BMS and mechanical system activities, including maintenance logs and repair histories
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in building automation and mechanical systems

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of biomedical and medical equipment.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Evaluate new medical equipment and participate in technical assessments, acceptance testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure all biomedical equipment complies with regulations, Medical Device Authority (MDA) guidelines, and relevant safety standards (e.g. IEC, ISO).
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, service history, calibration certificates, and spare parts.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service contractors for repair, warranty claims, and service contracts.
  • Provide technical support and user training to healthcare professionals and clinical staff on proper equipment use.
  • Participate in incident investigations involving medical devices and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in budget planning for equipment procurement, replacement, and maintenance.
  • Support the hospital’s accreditation and audit processes (e.g., ISO 13485, MSQH, JCI) related to medical devices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in medical technology management and patient safety initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle purchase requests, invoices, and payment documentation in coordination with the finance and procurement teams.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and inventories for administrative use.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers for operational and administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Manage office supplies, requisitions, and facility maintenance requests.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and audit documentation.
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
