Serveco Demonstrates Integrated Healthcare Facilities Management Capabilities to Zecon Berhad Chairman at Hospital TABTAR

KUALA LUMPUR, 14 May 2026 – ServeCo, a specialist healthcare facilities management (FM) services company, today welcomed YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Amar Hj Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Chairman of Zecon Berhad, to Hospital Tunku Ampuan Besar Tuanku Aishah Rohani (Hospital TABTAR) for an official operational review.
The engagement provided the Chairman with a first-hand assessment of ServeCo’s role in supporting the infrastructure, operational continuity, and service delivery standards of the 243-bed specialist hospital, one of the most operationally complex healthcare facilities within the Group’s Kuala Lumpur healthcare platform.
Operational Scope and Service Delivery
En. Faizarul Izuan Madznan, Executive Director of ServeCo, presented an overview of the company’s integrated FM model, which oversees critical engineering systems and support services across the hospital’s clinical and non-clinical environments, including 11 operating theatres as well as ICU, NICU, and PICU facilities.
Regulatory Standing and Technical Infrastructure
The Chairman also conducted walkthroughs of the hospital’s Data Centre, highlighting the convergence of ICT infrastructure and engineering systems that support uninterrupted clinical operations.
ServeCo maintains Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade G7 registration and holds Ministry of Finance certifications for hospital support services, reinforcing its position as a compliant and technically qualified operator within the regulated healthcare FM sector.

Strategic Platform Integration
The visit concluded with a review of ServeCo’s integration within the broader Zecon healthcare ecosystem, including ParkYocar’s digital parking management system and Zecon Hotel’s medical-stay accommodation facilities. Together, these components support Hospital TABTAR’s clinical ecosystem while strengthening the Group’s long-term operational capabilities.
