Technical Assistant, Asset

Job Description:

  • Assist the Asset Engineer in daily asset management activities.
  • Support in developing and maintaining the asset life cycle schedule.
  • Participate in asset audits, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update asset registers and related documentation.
  • Assist in analysing asset performance data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with client to track asset movements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Valuation / Diploma in Property Management / Diploma in Building Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Minimum one year experience in asset management for Hospital (Biomedical Equipment & Facilities Engineering Equipment).
